2. Scope of Services & Scoping Disclaimer

MERRA provides specialized infrastructure, fiber deployment, horizontal directional drilling, and civil construction services. All materials, estimations, and project parameters published on this website are for informational and conceptual scoping purposes only. No content on this site constitutes a binding commercial proposal, contract, or guarantee of work capacity. All commercial engagements must be formalized in a physical, written Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed by authorized officers of Merra Integrated Services LLC.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Portland, Oregon, in accordance with standard arbitration guidelines.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
